Broker Protection and Privacy Policy

TrustBridge Capital™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is fully committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our partners—including brokers, their clients, and their businesses. This Policy outlines our data practices and protections, as well as our non-solicitation commitments, communication guidelines, and your rights under applicable laws.

We understand the importance of privacy and are dedicated to protecting all personal and business information shared with us. Any data collected is used solely for the purposes of account management, deal processing, and the delivery of requested services. We do not sell or misuse your information.

We may collect the following data as part of your engagement with us:

• Broker contact info (name, phone, email, license info)
   
• Client-provided deal documents (loan applications, income docs, property details)
   
• Communications between you and TrustBridge Capital™
   
• Any files uploaded for underwriting or pricing

TrustBridge Capital™ firmly pledges not to solicit or interfere with clients referred by brokers. If a referred client contacts us directly, we will make every reasonable effort to notify the referring broker. All such transactions will be honored under the broker’s account  to protect commission rights and relationship integrity. 

 By submitting the Broker Registration Form, Referral Request, or engaging with our services, you consent to receive communications from TrustBridge Capital™ via email, phone, SMS, and other digital methods. These may include updates on products, services, training opportunities, and other information relevant to your business.

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe links provided or by contacting us directly. 

You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time.  To unsubscribe or learn more about how we manage your data, please email us at hr@trustbridgecap.com. Please note: Opting out will not affect communications necessary for active accounts or deal-related matters.

 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Richmond County, New York. 

TrustBridge Capital™ reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to our official platforms. Continued use of our services after updates are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
