TrustBridge Capital™ guarantees the protection of all broker-referred clients. We do not solicit, circumvent, or work directly with clients introduced by a broker unless specifically authorized. If a referred client contacts us directly, we will notify the broker and ensure the file is attributed to their account.

Violation of this provision by third parties may result in legal enforcement, damages, or disqualification from our platform.

By submitting any form, registering on our site, or engaging with our team, you consent to receive communications via phone, SMS, email, or other digital methods. These communications may include:

• Deal status updates
   
• Program information
   
• Educational materials
   
• Promotional offers

We do not sell personal data in the traditional sense. However, certain sharing with analytics or advertising providers may qualify as a “sale” under CPRA. You may opt out by contacting us or using available platform tools (e.g., browser-based opt-outs, mobile ad settings).

Our systems do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. You may adjust privacy settings within your browser to manage tracking preferences.

California minors under 18 who have posted content to our site may request removal by contacting us. Removal is not guaranteed where required by law.

All content (site design, loan product names, forms, documents, graphics, code, etc.) is the property of TrustBridge Capital™, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any disputes shall be resolved in New Castle County, Delaware.
