Introductory sponsor call

 A short call to align on project details and partnership fit.

Conditional Commitment Letter (~1 week)

 Formal commitment issued once initial terms are agreed upon.

Good faith deposit posted

 Deposit covers third-party and legal expenses; unused portion refunded at closing. 

Final underwriting & third-party reports (~2 weeks)

 Full underwriting, appraisal, and third-party reviews are completed. 

Closing & funding (~90 days)

 Final documents executed and funds disbursed.
