Effective Date: July 16, 2026
1. Purpose and Scope
This Electronic Consent Policy ("eConsent Policy") explains how TrustBridge Capital™, LLC ("TrustBridge," "we," "our," or "us") provides disclosures, agreements, notices, records, and other communications electronically, and describes your rights and responsibilities when conducting business with us electronically.
By providing your consent, you agree that TrustBridge Capital may provide certain disclosures, agreements, notices, account information, loan documents, and other communications in electronic form rather than in paper form, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This eConsent Policy applies to your use of our Website, online applications, customer portals, electronic signature platforms, document submission systems, email communications, SMS communications, and any other electronic services offered by or on behalf of TrustBridge Capital.
Nothing contained in this eConsent Policy modifies or supersedes any separately executed loan agreement, commitment, promissory note, mortgage, guaranty, servicing agreement, or other written agreement between you and TrustBridge Capital. In the event of any conflict, the applicable written agreement shall govern.
2. Consent to Conduct Business Electronically
By affirmatively providing your electronic consent, you agree that TrustBridge Capital may provide disclosures, agreements, notices, loan documents, account information, and other records to you electronically rather than in paper form, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Your consent applies to all electronic communications and records relating to your inquiry, application, loan transaction, account, or other relationship with TrustBridge Capital, unless a particular document is required by law to be delivered in a different manner.
Electronic records may include, without limitation:
Providing your electronic consent does not obligate you to obtain financing from TrustBridge Capital, nor does it obligate TrustBridge Capital to approve, originate, or fund any transaction.
3. Electronic Signatures
You agree that your electronic signature, electronic acknowledgment, electronic acceptance, or other electronic manifestation of assent shall have the same legal force and effect as an original handwritten signature to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-SIGN Act"), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act ("UETA"), and any other applicable federal or state law.
You agree that TrustBridge Capital may rely upon your electronic signature as evidence of your intent to execute, acknowledge, authorize, or accept any document, disclosure, notice, authorization, or agreement presented electronically.
You further agree that no certification authority or other third-party verification is required to validate your electronic signature unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly required by TrustBridge Capital.
Electronic records maintained by TrustBridge Capital shall be admissible in any legal, administrative, regulatory, or judicial proceeding to the same extent as paper records maintained in the ordinary course of business.
4. Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic records and communications at any time by contacting TrustBridge Capital using the contact information provided at the end of this eConsent Policy.
Withdrawal of your consent shall apply prospectively only and shall not affect the legal validity, enforceability, or effectiveness of any electronic records, disclosures, notices, agreements, authorizations, or electronic signatures provided or executed prior to the effective date of your withdrawal.
Please note that withdrawing your consent may delay or prevent TrustBridge Capital from providing certain products or services electronically and, in some circumstances, may require the use of paper documents or other communication methods. If electronic delivery is required to complete a particular transaction, withdrawal of consent may prevent TrustBridge Capital from completing that transaction.
TrustBridge Capital reserves the right to terminate electronic communications or require paper-based processing following the withdrawal of your consent where necessary to comply with applicable law or operational requirements.
5. Requesting Paper Copies
Even after providing your electronic consent, you may request paper copies of eligible electronic records by contacting TrustBridge Capital.
TrustBridge Capital may provide paper copies where permitted by applicable law and may decline requests where records are no longer required to be retained, are unavailable, or where electronic delivery is the only legally permissible method.
Unless otherwise disclosed in writing, TrustBridge Capital does not currently charge a fee for providing reasonable requests for paper copies of electronic records. However, TrustBridge Capital reserves the right to establish reasonable fees for excessive, repetitive, or extraordinary requests, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Requesting paper copies of individual records does not, by itself, withdraw your consent to receive future communications electronically.
6. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access, receive, review, electronically sign, and retain electronic records provided by TrustBridge Capital, you must have:
You acknowledge that you have the necessary hardware, software, internet access, and technical capability to receive, access, review, print, download, and retain electronic records provided by TrustBridge Capital.
