Consent to Do Business Electronically (eConsent Policy)

The loan for which you are applying involves various disclosures, records, and documents (“Loan Documents”), including this eDisclosure Agreement. The purpose of this agreement is to obtain your consent to receive certain Loan Documents electronically rather than in paper form. With your consent, you may also electronically sign and authorize these Loan Documents.

Before we proceed with this transaction electronically, please read the following information carefully and affirm your consent. 

For purposes of this eDisclosure Agreement:

• “eDisclosures” refer to the Loan Documents provided electronically.
   
• “You” and “Your” refer to the borrower(s) under the applicable loan.
   
• “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to the applicable mortgage broker(s), loan officer(s), loan processor(s), or lender(s) involved in your transaction.
   

By clicking the "I Agree" button or by signing below, you consent to conduct this transaction electronically. Your consent applies to all Loan Documents related to the applicable loan(s) you are applying for.

If a document is not available electronically, a paper version will be provided to you free of charge.

Participation in electronic disclosure is optional. If you prefer not to receive eDisclosures, we will send paper documents via mail at no cost.

If you do not consent or later withdraw your consent, you will continue to receive paper copies of all applicable Loan Documents.

You may withdraw your consent to receive eDisclosures at any time.

To withdraw consent, you may:

• Click the “I Do Not Agree” button (if available), or

There is no fee for withdrawing consent, and you will receive all applicable Loan Documents in paper form.

Even after consenting to eDisclosures, you may request paper copies of your Loan Documents at any time by contacting us at the address above.
There is no charge for requesting paper copies.

To receive and retain eDisclosures, you must have:

• A device with internet access
   
• A valid email address
   
• An up-to-date web browser with 128-bit encryption (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
   
• Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher
   
• The ability to save or print PDF documents for your records
   

If our hardware or software requirements change in a way that would materially impact your ability to access eDisclosures, we will notify you of the change and provide the option to withdraw consent without penalty.

It is your responsibility to notify us promptly if your email address or other contact information changes. You may do so by writing to:

We are not liable for delayed or failed delivery of eDisclosures due to outdated contact information, spam filters, internet service disruptions, or other technical issues beyond our control.
